Dr. Lorenzo Diana, B.A., N.D. has been a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario Canada for over 15 years. During this time, he has founded several natural health clinics across the Greater Toronto Area including the Markham Natural Health Centre and the Simcoe Natural Health & Education Centre.
Dr. Diana has developed an eclectic practice and has cultivated particular expertise in women's issues, digestive disorders, Naturopathic Oncology, Fibromyalgia, preventive healthcare and more. Since the beginning of his practice Dr. Diana has put an emphasis on bio identical hormone treatments with numerous positive results.
As a first phase in his treatment protocol, Dr. Diana will conduct testing which may include: saliva hormone testing, urine tests, glucose testing, allergy and nutritional testing to help identify specific hormone imbalances. This may then be followed by the compounding of hormones to help treat those imbalances.
Part of the reasons behind offering bio identical hormone therapy is his belief that the body adapts better and accepts natural hormones better than those which are derived from synthetic materials and chemical processes.
